Self-referral

Individuals and families can also refer themselves directly — no professional referral required.

Fee schedule

Fees reflect the professional time and clinical expertise involved at each stage. Diagnostic reports and feedback sessions are included in every assessment fee unless stated otherwise.

Before you book

Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellation and rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice will not incur any charge.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the appointment fee.
Failure to attend without prior notice ("Did Not Attend") will normally result in the full appointment fee being payable.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect our ability to offer future appointments.
If we need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we will offer an alternative at no additional cost.

Assessment packages

Where an assessment consists of multiple stages — screening, clinical interviews, questionnaires, report writing, feedback appointments, or multidisciplinary review — fees relate to the professional time and clinical work undertaken at each stage. Once a stage has been completed, that element of the fee becomes non-refundable.

Refund arrangements

A full refund will be provided where a service is cancelled before any clinical work has commenced.
If an assessment has started, any refund will be calculated after deducting the cost of work already completed — including clinical review, consultations, questionnaires, report preparation, administration and clinician time.
Fees for completed appointments, completed assessments, written reports or professional opinions are generally non-refundable.
Any agreed refund will be processed within 14 working days, using the original payment method wherever possible.

Exceptional circumstances

We recognise that unexpected circumstances can occur. Requests for cancellation fee waivers or refunds due to serious illness, bereavement or other exceptional situations will be reviewed compassionately and at our discretion. If you need to cancel, reschedule or discuss a refund, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help minimise any avoidable charges.
