ADHD AssessmentA thorough, supportive, easy-to-follow assessment
A structured clinical review that builds a full picture of you — current symptoms, earlier experiences, day-to-day functioning, mental and physical health, and wider life context.

A structured clinical conversation
The NHS describes adult ADHD as a condition that can affect attention, activity levels and impulse control. We gather information with care and explain why each step matters.
- A detailed clinical interview
- Review of attention, impulsivity, restlessness and emotional regulation
- Developmental, educational and occupational history
- Functional impact across work, study, relationships and daily life
- Screening for other mental health or neurodevelopmental factors
- Risk review and baseline physical health where relevant

We review response, side effects, wellbeing and physical health to reach a stable, safe plan.

Common questions, answered plainly
Do I need a GP referral?
You may be able to contact us directly. If medication, shared care or longer-term prescribing might be part of your support, we will talk with you about involving your GP, with your consent.
How long does the pathway take?
This varies from person to person. When you enquire, we will talk you through the likely timescales for each stage.
Can you prescribe ADHD medication?
Medication may be an option if it is clinically appropriate and safe. We explain the choices and decide with you, supported by specialist psychiatric input and careful monitoring.
What if I do not receive an ADHD diagnosis?
We still take your concerns seriously, explain the outcome with care and talk through other explanations, support options or onward referrals where appropriate.
